We'd rather sort your grow out than keep your money. If your Toolbox doesn't perform as it should, we'll troubleshoot it, replace it, or refund you.
What's covered

Substrate Integrity
Every grow bag leaves us sterilised and sealed. If a bag arrives damaged, or becomes contaminated, we'll replace it free.

We'd rather sort your grow out than keep your money. If your Toolbox doesn't perform as it should, we'll troubleshoot it, replace it, or refund you.

Support that helps
Send us a photo and a short description. We'll tell you what we're seeing and what to do next — whether or not a replacement is involved.

A refund if we can't fix it
If we've worked through it with you and your kit still isn't performing, you get your money back.
What isn't covered
We supply the equipment and the substrate. We don't supply spores, and we can't guarantee what someone else's spores do inside our bags. Non-viable, contaminated or mislabelled spores are outside our control and outside this guarantee.
The same goes for grows kept well outside the conditions in the instructions, bags opened or stored incorrectly before use, and kits that have been modified.
How to claim

Take clear photos of the bag or component, in good light.

Email hello@getmentis.com with the photo, your order number, and a line on what's happened.

We'll come back within two working days with a diagnosis and the fix.
You've got 180 days from delivery to make a claim.
180 days on everything, restarting per grow bag.
